what drug makes u care about everyone u love, even your child, or wife,nd make u just not care , non emotional and talk and act differently, also memory problems

Meth, crack cocaine, heroine. The TV series “Intervention” is about drug addiction. The behavior you describe sounds very similar to what I’ve seen on the show.
