Does mankind have the right to have and use naturally growing drugs as they see fit or should it be controlled by the government to be sold back to you by pharmaceutical companies? Why or why not.

No weapons trading is about power and money. NOT drugs, so this would have no effect on weapons trading in the world.

I doubt it would affect the weapons trade, but drug policy does need to be seriously reformed to reduce crimes associated with the drug trade, among many other reasons.
