What Is a Good Way to Find Out What Your… ‘Mental Disorder’ Is Without Shelling Out Big Bucks for a Doctor?

Question by Sebboh: What is a good way to find out what your… ‘mental disorder’ is without shelling out big bucks for a doctor?
I feel like I’m bipolar and ADD but I can’t tell
I’ve never went to a doctor or anything when I was younger (for this type of thing)
What are some good ways to be diagnosed without actually going to a doctor? I don’t have that kind of money and would also prefer to stay off any meds (never took em)
Soo any resources would help. thanks.
yes they do suck but one would feel better in knowing what it was

you can do some research on the internet, but self diagnosis is not going to help you. If you are in fact bipolar, you will need to see a doctor and get medication
