Nah your ok! Some people take two bottles as drug abuse. It makes you trip.

If there were any series side effects you would have felt them by now. It should have had time to work through your system by the time you drank the Rockstar, but if you continue to feel sick you should go to the doctor. For now, the best thing you can do is keep hydrated–drink A LOT of water.

And don’t ever do this again. If you’re having sleeping problems, drinking sugary, highly caffeinated drinks like Rockstar may be part of the problem. It certainly isn’t helping. If you’re having trouble getting to sleep, look up different methods you can try to relax (meditation, watching TV, listening to music, etc) to create a ritual that you can do every night to get into a sort of “sleep mode.” And if that doesn’t work, look into getting a drug that is specifically designed for sleep aid, not cough medicine.
