Question by therapuppy: My landlord (heavy gambler) stole a valuble work of art from my apartment. they fenced it.?
Raymond NH police seem unwilling or unable to find the art, a signed Marc Chagall print.

He and his wife are heavy gamblers and very unethical. Her dad owned the building when I moved in. So though I will be moving out in the the spring I want to either have evidence to bring to a private attny to file a civil law suit or force them to return the art.

Any helpful responses appreciated. Or if you are a NH native that can resolve this for me I would be happy to pay for expert assitance. I can live with out the sarcastic remarks.

I am an older person and they are taking advantage of me due to my disability. Please all those “agencies” that help people are more interested in having me fill out forms to recieve grant money but their “help” is to just accept being ripped off.
I am college educated but I am not street wise about where they would sell this stolen signed art.
They have a ebay store that sell nascar stuff not art. Could they have 2 ebay accounts?
