for me:

I think too much, mabye several hours in the weekend days, and few hours at week days, but then it mean I sleep less and I felt this is not healthy because I feel I am not living in real life, although Iam not online “flirting” or chitchat with guys, and I think some stuff I do are meaningful but I think I do have problem and addicition, PLease share what your solution.

Just a thought….illegal drugs are, well, illegal due to the havoc in which authority figures (who periodically to regularly most likely use them themselves) have decided they wreak upon individuals, families, friends, etc.

Well:

Alcohol is legal and destroys lives in excess and in a single night of binge drinking can and has lead to death. To quit drinking alcohol cold turkey can also lead to death.

Cigarettes is legal and destroys lives, albeit over time.

Gambling is legal and destroys lives.
