Question by gg: Is it true that when you give up fast food you go through some sort of “Drug Detox”?
I don’t really eat it but I have heard that people go through a detox, and it makes them sick for a couple of days before they start to feel better.

I used to eat a lot of fast food and I just dropped it completely and started making all my meals at home. I didn’t feel any different. Didn’t feel sick at all.
