Question by well.theres.a.few: What can I do?
Me and my step Dad argue all the time. Also he is always looking for an arguement, e.g He’ll wake up and everyones happy next he starts moaning on why the dogs weren’t taken out or why this or that wasn’t done.
He is also on the computer all night playing poker and doesn’t know when to stop. If my mom wants to go on because she has a tourney he keeps saying this is the last one and then he starts another game, she gets annoyed at him and he tells her to shut up and starts swearing.
He goes out when ever he wishes and as soon as he’s back its internet again and he then says “I go no where”
He moans when I want to go on for a while and starts saying I was on for ages and makes a big arguement. I’m also not allowed to make any comments when he’s talking because I’m fifteen and must know nothing.
I’m in a crises here I don’t know what to do and I am going nuts.I also hate the way I used to love him, as a dad, but now I barely like him, HELP!! me.
I would like to be able to tell him to stop without getting into a big arguement
He does work the problem is he’s a gambler and after everyones annoyed he starts saying im sorry.
I’ve treid talking, diesn’t seem to work and no there is no one else i could talk to.
Is there any way I could talk to him so that he will lissen and not get annoyed

I’m just asking here because there’s hardly anyone in the “Gambling” section right now.

Me and My husband are heavy gamers… we owned a 360 till 2 weeks ago. We fought but not that bad. after we got a PS3 and discovered Home it got strange. He started to live on there, he gave some chic his yahoo. anyways… i installed a keystroke recorder on the comp. and saw things I shouldn’t have saw. I confront him about it and he says that the people on Home give him something I can not. He said that they are always there for him and I am not. (i work 20 hours a week). If you want to become a police officer, should you never go to casino to gamble? Does this look bad?

I mean, on the police test, one of the question they will ask you is “do you gamble?”

Is it bad to go casino?
or is it okay if you are not addicted to it?
