What Will Happen???? Will I Go to Jail?
I was released on probation on Sept 25th for my first OWI. I didn’t complete a Chemical Dependency Treatment, but I completed evrything else. I have court on the 28th now. Will I go to jail?? Or what will happen to me?
**Its been over a year actually…
It happened 2 months before I became pregnant. I have been sober since that night. So almost a year. FYI.

Just tell the prosecuter and the judge why you didn’t and maybe they will just re enroll you in the program or they will extend your probo
You may very well end up in jail, but we aren’t the judge…so we can’t really tell you what’s going to happen.
Nobody should be stupid/selfish enough to drive drunk, let alone people who have children.
And now you’re risking jail time for whatever reason…..
If you don’t care about being a responsible member of society, at least try to be there for your child.
=== Update:
I’m sincerely glad to hear that you’ve been sober.
Best of luck with everything.
The fact is ,you violated a term of your probation. Which is a jail-able offense. About your only hope is is that the judge is lenient on you and gives you a second chance because this is your first offense.
