try valium(Diazapam).It works well.I have been taking it for over a year now and it’s helped my anxiety.Sadly for the type of anxiety i have to take it on a daily basis.I had no other choice or option but I had to get it under control.I am also thinking of seriously try the holistic medicine and hoping someday I can get off of all my psychiatric meds.

light alcohol helps.valium in light doses thru the day can help too.

I tried to get off klopin and could not do it.It was pure hell. My doc put me back on klopin he said I was addicated but lowered but it has helped my quality of life so it helps and I will keep taking them have been on klopin for to many years and it was dangerous when they tried to get me off them. I am okay now. I said never again will I go tru withdrawls like I did. Talk to your doctor and do it soon.

I am in your same seat. I have something called Borderline Personality Disorder & I take several benzos. they are easily addictive & withdrawal can be fatal. Think about it. Either way I know how you feel. I think I have become addicted to Xanax & Oxazepam too. I wouldn’t start popping away though. It doesn’t do any1 any good & I am sure there are some people who want you around for a while. Talk to your Dr & see what you can do now b4 you’re 26 like me & STILL struggling.
